Technical Support Specialist

Looking for a career where you can play an active role in the success of EMS agencies across America? AIM is expanding its Customer Success division, seeking a Technical Support Specialist equipped to respond to technical and functional support of the AIM Online EMS workflow suite, troubleshooting and analyzing system issues and solutions and assisting customers with functional questions and education. The position requires an outgoing, confident individual with excellent verbal and written communication skills and advanced computer skills. The Support Specialist is also involved in gathering and communicating functional requirements, collecting customer feedback, and facilitating software training.

Minimum Education\Experience:

-Associates degree in Computer Science or related field.
-Prior experience in a technical support environment or equivalent.
-Strong communication skills, both oral and written.
-Technical aptitude for troubleshooting and diagnosing application issues.
-Experience with relational databases.
-Proficiency in common desktop and web-based applications.

 Primary responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

-Developing an extensive working knowledge of the AIM Online EMS workflow software suite.
-Troubleshooting technical issues reported by customers and providing solutions.
-Facilitating problem-solving between end users and AIM Online development staff.
-Proactively finding opportunities to improve end user performance and overall customer experience .

C# .NET Developer

AIM Online EMS Software & Services is seeking an experienced full-time, full-stack Software Developer for our Slippery Rock, PA location, with options to work from home. The successful candidate will work with Project Leads and the Programming Director in all aspects related to software development. Interested candidates should have strong experience working with relevant Microsoft technologies in a web based environment.

Software & Services Account Manager

Due to recent growth linked to our new Online EMS Software offering, AIM Online EMS Software & Systems is expanding its sales force in the Midwest. AIM is actively looking to hire a talented, tech-savvy Sales Representative that can drive revenue in lines of business that include online software sales, consulting, training, and billing services. We are ideally looking for someone with strong software and services sales experience, motivated to achieve/exceed revenue quotas on a consistent bases while maintaining strong relationships with customers and prospects. The sales rep should have proven experience to articulate, define, and execute creative approaches to moving sales opportunities to closure. Previous sales call experience with EMS organizations is a plus.

Responsibilities include:
-Identify and qualify prospective customers and penetrate targeted prospects in your assigned geographical territory.
-Serve as liaison between Clients, Support, Software and Administrative Services as needed; negotiating the terms of an agreement and closing sales.
-Manage and maintain customer records in a CRM system.
-Lead generation including prospecting and cold-calling.
-Complete on-going sales training.
-Maintain a strong working knowledge of the competition, industry knowledge, and trends.
-Build close relationships of trust with existing and potential customers across the assigned territory.
-Be proactive in understanding customer needs, priorities, challenges, constraints and market trends.
-Management of sales cycles within existing accounts, along with targeted net new accounts with the goal of meeting/exceeding quarterly and annual sales targets.
-Presentation development and delivery to all levels of customer management, for each phase of the sales process (including on-site meetings, web-ex meetings etc.).
-Ability to travel as needed.
-Collaborate with cross functional virtual teams ensuring successful business cycle; including but not limited to lead generation, key business drivers, proposal development, scope of work to contract negotiations.
-Work with post-sales support teams to resolve business issues on existing service or open orders.
-Responsible for completing reports.

Qualifications:
-Minimum 5 years’ experience in sales, preferably software solutions.
-Successful history selling in a fast-paced environment.
-Has a high-energy, positive attitude.
-Works well in a collaborative teamwork environment.
-Knowledge of MS Office Suite, CRM and lead generation tools.
-Strong technical aptitude, familiar with SaaS terminology.
-Proven successful track record of lead generation, funnel management, and revenue growth, preferably in a B2B environment.
-Great verbal and written communication skills with experience in phone and face-to-face sales.
-Consultative or solutions selling training (Miller Heiman, Sandler, etc.).

EMS Billing Clerks support RAM’s Billing Specialists in tasks associated with billing ambulance transports.
